First Pictures With Santa

Well we finally had the oppurtunity to have Hailey's picture taken with Santa. Being where we live, it's often hard to find a place where Santa stays put! Hailey was so cute with Santa! She just kept looking up at him. She didn't even cry, to my great surprise! She just kept staring, trying to figure him out. It was adorable!!!

Vacation Shots six

What an amazing time we had on our vacation! We went to San Fransisco, San Diego, and a week long cruise to Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, Mexico! Tommy and I swam with dolphins, had full body massages, and relaxed on the beach. It couldn't have gotten any better! Hailey hated the beach though! We brought Delight with us, and she kept Hailey some of the time, so Tommy and I could have alone time. It was great, but too short. Next time I want to go for three weeks!!! Hey, a girl can dream can't she?

Hailey Crawls!!!

I knew the day when she finally crawled was fast approaching, but boy she sure took off fast when she started! Hailey is almost nine months now and growing everyday. It's so amazing to watch her development. We love her so much!

Happy Halloween

Tommy is gone for the weekend, so I took Hailey trick or treating in Eagle. Of course I had to dress up too. It was fun (for mom anyways!), but I carried Hailey the WHOLE TIME! She is heavier than she looks. My arm is till sore, but it was worth it. Can you guess who gets her candy?

Hailey's First Halloween Party

What a fun night we had as a family! We went to a Haloween party at our old ward. It was fun to dress up Hailey and let her trick or treat. Even though Hailey looks like she's having fun, this night was more for mom and her scrapbooking obsession!

The Pumpkin Patch

We we went to this so called "pumpkin patch" yesterday, only to find that when they say pick any pumpkin you want, they mean pick one you like that we had shipped to us. I had such a vision of taking Hailey and letting her pick, in a sense, her very first pumpkin off the vine. I envisioned sunshine and laughter. I got neither. Besides the lack of an actual pumpkin patch, it started raining and got really cold. So much for my perfect day! On the other hand, we did get some nice pumpkins, and had fun just being together with our baby girl.

Hailey and the Leaf

Oh, the joy of discovery! Hailey found a leaf in the grass today. At first she just looked at it, but then she picked it up and passed it from hand to hand. She seemed to be concentrating on it really hard. All of a sudden she crunched it in her hand and started laughing. I couldn't help but laugh right along with her. She was so cute. It's amazing how the simplest thing can bring such joy to, not only her life, but mine as well!

Hailey Sits Up!

Oh, my little one is getting so big. Already seven months old! She is doing really well at sitting by herself. Today she sat for nearly 30 minutes without support. The time goes by so quickly!

We finally took a family picture. This one turned out the best. Either Hailey wasn't looking, (as you can see) Snowball ran away, or my hair was blowing in my face. Oh well, I guess we will just have to try again!

A Day at the Park

Well Hailey didn't seem to have much fun at the park, but I sure had fun trying things with her. From the slide to the swing, we tried it all. I can't wait until she is old enough to actually play!
